- Give our receptionist your regular veterinarian's name and phone number and we will attempt to obtain your pet's records prior to your arrival. We will notify you of any vaccinations out of date for our policy guidlines.

No animal will be released outside normal business hours unless prior arrangements have been made.
We do offer a courtesy pick up on Sundays. Pick up time is at 4:00 pm only. You must make arrangements for this service at the time you check in and prepay for your lodging, including Sunday. You will be given a card to authorize the the Lodge staff to release your pet on Sunday. They will get your pet and bring it out to you. Because we are not open for business, you will not be allowed entry into the facility.

All dogs visiting our facility for boarding, grooming or daycare are required to be current on rabies, giardia, distemper, bordetella, fecal and heartworm test. Our standard of current is as follows: Rabies 1 or 3 year vaccine, depending on the type of vaccine given. Distemper and giardia must be within the past 12 months. Bordetella is required every six months. A fecal is required every 12 months and heartworm tests are required every two years. Daycare pets must be spayed or neutered and have a negative giardia test..
** NOTE: Vaccinations that are due or are past due, should be brought up to date by your veterinarian five to ten days prior to your arrival at the Lodge.**

Cats must be current on rabies, 1 or 3 years depending upon vaccination given and current within 1 year on rcp and leukemia. A fecal must have been done in the past 1 year.
